Research-Based Discussion
Everything you need to know about our free educational webinar series on the psychology of income growth.
Income growth is not determined solely by changing jobs or improving qualifications. Very often internal beliefs create invisible limits: "I'm not good at asking," "more money means more responsibility," "if I ask, they'll think I'm greedy," or "I already earn more than many others."
The theory of self-efficacy (Bandura), research on growth mindset (Dweck), and studies on negotiation anxiety and imposter syndrome (Clance & Imes, with modern updates in the 2020s) demonstrate that confidence during salary negotiations strongly correlates with how individuals perceive their own value regardless of external factors.
People with higher self-confidence initiate salary discussions more often, accept initial offers less frequently, and experience less stress after negotiations.
This webinar series does not provide "perfect phrases for your boss" or strategies to manipulate employers. Instead, it focuses on how internal changes in self-perception influence willingness to discuss income, why negotiations create strong emotional reactions, and which gentle practices help develop a more balanced and confident attitude toward financial conversations.
The project is strictly educational and does not promote any products or commercial solutions.
